European Food Summit - CONFERENCE

SYMPOSIUM

8.30 AM - 5 PM | LJUBLJANA CASTLE

Knowledge, new ideas, invaluable experiences, and brave visions make us believe in FOOD for a better TOMORROW.

This year's European Food Symposium invites you to bring more to the table and adapt food systems to create a better future for all. To use endless opportunities for creating healthier, more local and more nutritious food, for creating more for yourself and more for your thoughts. It is time to think about food and create a better and more sustainable future.

Sustainability is not just a word. It is a principle that connects all who take into consideration the multifold effects of food consumption: for individuals, Mother Earth and the entire community. To respect food, food's origin and the producers, its diverse uses and fair distribution are the core values that we seek to follow.

At the all-day symposium at the Ljubljana Castle, you will hear inspiring stories of world-class top chefs, scientists, experts from various fields, writers and journalists, and other influential individuals, whose experiences and ideas will encourage you to rethink food and help create a better and more sustainable future.

The symposium is intended for everyone, regardless of their profession or culinary background.

Open your mind and the rest will follow.

In partnership with Slovenian Tourist Board.
