The pinnacle of this year’s European Food Summit will be the meeting of experts, who aim to motivate through stories of inspiration and a vision of sustainable development of food and its use to contribute to a more sustainable future. At a single location and for the first time in Slovenia, we have brought together the greatest minds, talents and chefs, who we have challenged to inspire individuals as well as communities toward more progressive thinking and behaviour.

The main topic of this year’s conference, “Food – The bridge toward the sustainable identities of European cultures and nations”, sponsored by the partner STB, will be conducted in cooperation with Ana Roš and conference director, Andrea Petrini. Andrea Petrini is considered one of the key players in numerous culinary projects and one of the most influential personalities in gastronomy.
