This is not only the highlight of this year’s summit, but a European culinary and educational highlight of 2021. The whole-day symposium shall offer inspiring stories of worldclass top chefs, experts in various fields, writers, journalists and other influential individuals who shall, with their experiences and ideas, inspire us to think forward and work toward a better and more sustainable future. The summit is intended for anyone, regardless of their profession.
